I'm a tech hobbyist, Linux enthusiast, and open source advocate. I like music and reading. I'm a moderator for two Web cam models and I help a third with her room logistics when she gets busy. I'm a witch and a Tarotologist.
My first Web site, c. 1996, with updates.
As someone who cut his online teeth on Gopher, I find the Gemini Protocol to be terrifically exciting. I will keep a list of nice stuff I've found here.
The Hacker Ethic
- Access to computers, and anything which might teach you something about the way the world works, should be unlimited and total. Always yield to the Hands-On Imperative!
- All information should be free.
- Mistrust authority, promote decentralization.
- Hackers should be judged by their hacking, not bogus criteria such as degrees, age, race, sex, or position.
- You can create art and beauty on a computer.
- Computers can change your life for the better.
